Refunds & Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research products and the potential for product degradation, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptides once they have left our facility.
We carefully document each order with photos prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, verify condition, and protect both parties.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at
support@jhbiosciences.com within 48 hours of delivery for further instructions.
In verified cases, a replacement will be issued.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by FedEx and the tracking shows a non-delivery, we will reship the order at no additional cost. If the tracking shows the package as delivered, our obligation is considered fulfilled, and no replacement or refund will be issued.
