Yes. All of our products are tested through accredited third-party labs. Each batch is individually tested and assigned its own unique batch number, which is printed on the vial and matched to its corresponding COA. This ensures the COA you receive reflects the exact product you purchased, not a generic test result.
Clearance peptides are batches that tested slightly below our standard 99%+ purity threshold but still meet high research-grade quality. For example, a batch may test at 98.9% purity. These products are not listed on the main product page, but are offered at a discounted price in the clearance section for research use only. Every clearance item still includes its own third-party COA with the exact purity clearly stated.
All batches are tested by Freedom Diagnostics. To verify any COA, go to www.freedomdiagnostics.com, enter the Accession Number on your report, your verified results will appear on the site.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day via FedEx 2-Day service. Orders placed after that time ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment in real time.
All orders are carefully packed and documented with photos before shipping. Products are sealed securely to protect them during transit and shipped with FedEx 2-Day to minimize transit time.
No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to view past orders, track shipments, and receive shipping updates more easily.
You have two payment options. You can pay through BarterPay using your credit card, or you can pay through eDebit.
We use BarterPay as a payment system to take payment for our products. BarterPay is an anti-fraud system that protects both you the consumer and us the merchant. Your credit card statement will show BarterPay in the description. With BarterPay, your transaction is safe!
Applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and included in the order total at checkout, based on the customer’s shipping address.
Due to the sensitive nature of research products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility. If a shipment is damaged or lost, please see our Refund Policy for details on resolutions.
