1. Research Use Only All products sold by JH Biosciences are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are qualified to handle research materials.
2. Age Requirement You must be at least 21 years old to place an order on this website.
3. Orders & Payments All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. JH Biosciences reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
4. Shipping & Delivery Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST are processed and shipped the same business day via FedEx 2-Day service. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the next business day. While we make every effort to meet these shipping timelines, delivery
   times are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Delays caused by FedEx, weather, or other factors beyond our control may affect delivery timeframes. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
5. Limitation of Liability JH Biosciences is not responsible for any misuse of products. Buyers assume all responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of research materials.
